Royal Manchester Golf Links in Mount Wolf, PA is seeking a part-time Course Maintenance employee to join our Agronomy team. The role covers a range of golf course maintenance tasks, from raking bunkers to trimming greens and operating small machinery.

The schedule is 5am to 1pm, with a requirement to be 18+ and maintain reliable attendance. Daily duties focus on keeping the course and surrounding areas in top condition, applying growth enhancers as needed, and supporting course setup procedures.

Qualifications

• High school education preferred; or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Assists with preparing the course for daily play.
• Rakes bunkers and trims greens, tees, fairways and roughs.
• Operates small machinery to aid edging, trimming and mowing.
• Performs general landscape maintenance and regular course upkeep.
• Delivers water on course and maintains safety practices.

Royal Manchester Golf Links located in Mount Wolf, Pennsylvania is seeking a part-time, Course Maintenance employee to join our Agronomy team.

Pay Range: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Must be 18+

Hours: 5am - 1pm

Job Description:

Performs a diverse range of activities involved in golf course maintenance and constructions. Performs semi-skilled grounds construction and maintenance work and related tasks as required. Responsible for daily course appearance.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Assists with preparing the course for daily play.
  • Rake the bunkers.
  • Cut and trim golf course greens, tees, fairways and roughs.
  • Assists with watering the roughs.
• Applies growth enhancers and disease
• Cuts grass and trims weeds using hand mower or power driven lawn mower, weed trimmer and brush cutter.
• Plants grass, trees, shrubs or flowers according to instructions and planned design of landscaped area.
• Applies mulch to designated areas.
• Pulls weeds around bushes, trees and flower beds.
• Ability to work variable hours.
• Performs general landscape maintenance using hand held equipment.
• Rakes and maintains sand bunkers.
• Operates small machinery to assist with edging, trimming and mowing.
• Prepares soil beds for sod, seed and vegetative material.
• Involved with tasks related to course detail.
• Assists with golf course set up procedures.
• Operates utility vehicles for hauling material and removing debris.
• Performs general labor and cleaning related to golf course maintenance equipment.
• Delivers drinking water on course.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance
• Regular & reliable attendance
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
