Federal Express Corporation is seeking a Courier/Swing Driver to operate company vehicles for delivery and pick-up, ensuring shipments meet FedEx service standards and covering routes within the station's service area. The role emphasizes courteous customer service and adherence to FMCSA guidelines.
Minimum education is a high school diploma or GED, with six months of courier experience preferred and the ability to read and speak English for traffic and safety communications.
Operates company vehicles and provides courteous and efficient delivery and pick-up of packages, checks shipments for conformance to FedEx services, covers assigned routes within the station's service area, and provides related customer service functions. Performs other duties as assigned.
High school diploma or GED.
Six (6) months of courier experience preferred. Must be able to demonstrate area knowledge.
Neat appearance required as customer contact is necessary.
Must meet and maintain qualifications outlined in federal motor carrier safety regulations.
Requires medical examination in accordance with FMCSA or FAA regulations.
Must obtain and maintain a valid driver's license in compliance with state requirements for the type of vehicle assigned and maintain a good driving record as outlined in company policy.
Non-covered safety-sensitive position. Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.
Starting Pay $22.30.
Monday‑Friday AM Shift.
