Federal Express Corporation is seeking a driver/operator for FedEx locations to ensure courteous and efficient delivery and pickup of packages. You will check shipments for conformance to FedEx service standards and perform related customer service tasks.
The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, being at least 21 years old, and operating non-regulated vehicles. A High School Diploma or GED is required, with good English language abilities for traffic signs and official communications.

Drives vehicles not regulated by section 391 of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations. Performs other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Ability to lift 50 Lbs. Ability to maneuver packages of any weight above 50 lbs. with appropriate equipment and/or assistance from another person. Good human relations and communication skills. Must be at least 21 years of age. Ability to read and speak the English language sufficiently to understand traffic signs, communicate with traffic safety officials and to respond to official inquiries and directions in accordance with FMCSA enforcement guidance.
Job Conditions
Non-covered safety-sensitive position. Neat appearance since customer contact is required. Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.Must be licensed for type of vehicle assigned.
Pay: $21.05 / hour
Additional Details: Part-time, Mon-Fri 0830-1500. The desired location for this position would bePellston, MI. Employees will be required to work at the FedEx location five days a week.
