Job summary

Federal Express Corporation is seeking a full-time courier to operate company vehicles and deliver and pick up packages within the station's service area.

You will check shipments for conformance to FedEx service features, provide courteous customer service, and cover assigned routes as needed.

A valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a good driving record are required; high school diploma or GED preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Six months courier experience preferred and area knowledge desired.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and handle heavier packages with equipment or assistance.
• Must be 21 years of age and able to read/speak English sufficiently for driving and safety.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles and deliver and pick up packages.
• Check shipments for conformance to FedEx service features.
• Provide coverage for all assigned routes within the station’s service area.
• Perform other duties and customer service tasks as assigned.
