Job summary

TridentCare seeks a dependable courier to transport specimens and materials between facilities in Colorado. You will communicate with phlebotomists and staff, perform light data entry, and ensure proper labeling and secure handling of patient information.

This full-time role requires a high school diploma and a valid driver’s license. Competitive hourly pay and full benefits are offered, with scheduling Monday–Friday 6:00a-2:30p and a focus on accuracy and customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent requirement.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Strong interpersonal communication with medical staff and customers.
• Previous courier or driving experience preferred.
• Knowledge of safe motor vehicle operation and maintenance.
• Understanding of traffic laws and road safety.

Responsibilities

• Transport specimens, mail, supplies, equipment to designated facilities.
• Maintain courteous communication with phlebotomists, nurses and customers.
• Multi-task with data entry, scanning and related duties.
• Deliver to departments, facilities, drop-sites or individuals as scheduled.
• Label specimens properly and ensure requisitions accompany transport.
• Respond to information requests in a timely, professional manner.
• Protect patient information and conform to PHI policies.
• Plan draw schedules with patient priority in mind.
• Coordinate with dispatch, payroll and laboratory teams.
• Maintain equipment and report issues to supervisor.
