Job summary

FedEx is seeking a driver/operator to deliver and pick up packages, ensuring courteous service and adherence to FedEx standards. You will check shipments and assist customers as part of daily operations.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license for the vehicle you operate. Lifting and handling heavy packages may be required; strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be licensed for type of vehicle assigned.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and move packages with equipment as needed.
• Excellent customer service and clear communication required.

Responsibilities

• Drive and operate company vehicles for delivery and pickup of packages.
• Provide courteous, efficient service and check shipments for conformance to FedEx standards.
• Coordinate with customers and support related service functions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
