Job summary

Pace Analytical Services, LLC is seeking a Courier to join our environmental science team in Folcroft, PA. You will pick up, transport, and deliver samples and materials to support our laboratory operations. This role is part-time, up to 20 hours per week, with a daytime shift.

What you'll bring includes a valid driver's license, safe driving knowledge, and reliable communication. The position emphasizes accuracy and safety in handling and documenting shipments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; experience in a related role is preferred but not required.
• Valid Driver's License and ability to maintain all required licenses and certifications.
• Knowledge of safe driving, customer service, and sample transport principles.

Responsibilities

• Pick up, transport, and deliver samples, documents, and materials as needed.
• Review, complete, and process documents, databases, and related information for sample pick-up, transport, and delivery.
• Prepare your assigned vehicle for daily operations, including documentation, safety checks, and basic maintenance needs.
• Provide support and assistance to staff and management related to sample transport procedures.
• Assist in researching issues and recommend solutions to improve processes and resolve customer, staff, or management concerns.
• Help ensure compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, seeking guidance or escalating issues as needed.
• Contribute to team efficiency by offering suggestions and actively participating in team efforts.
• Promote a positive, collaborative, and customerfocused work environment aligned with Pace values.
