Job summary

FedEx Logistics is seeking a courier/driver in Kentucky to perform daily delivery and pickup of packages with a focus on courteous and efficient service. You will check shipments for FedEx standards and cover routes within the station’s service area while providing related customer support.

Minimum education is a high school diploma or GED, with at least 21 years of age and a valid driver’s license. Prior courier experience is preferred and lifting up to 50 lbs is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED.
• Six (6) months courier experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and maneuver heavy packages with equipment or assistance.
• Must be at least 21 years old and able to read/speak English for traffic and inquiries.
• Must obtain and maintain a valid driver’s license and have a good driving record per state policy.

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles for delivery and pickup of packages, with courteous, efficient service.
• Check shipments for conformance to FedEx service standards.
• Provide coverage for assigned routes within the station's area and perform related customer service tasks.
• Adhere to FMCSA regulations and maintain a neat appearance due to customer contact.
