Job summary

FedEx is seeking a driver/operator to handle the delivery and pickup of packages in the Rockville, MD area. You will ensure shipments meet service standards and provide courteous customer service to customers at the door.

Qualifications include a high school diploma/GED, valid license for the vehicle, ability to lift 50 lbs, neat appearance, and passing FMCSA/FAA medical exams. Five-day workweeks with pay range listed from $21–$25 per hour.

• Neat appearance since customer contact is required.

• Requires medical exam in accordance with FMCSA or FAA regulations.
• Non-covered safety-sensitive position.
• Medical exam required.
• Ability to read and speak the English language sufficiently to understand traffic signs, communicate with traffic safety officials and to respond to official inquiries and directions in accordance with FMCSA enforcement guidance.
