Federal Express Corporation seeks a part-time driver/operator to deliver and pick up packages in a courteous, efficient manner. You will check shipments for service conformance and provide customer service as needed. The role requires a vehicle license and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs with assistive devices where necessary.

Driver / operator of company vehicles. Provides courteous and efficient delivery and pick-up of packages. Checks shipments for conformance to FedEx features of service and provides related customer service functions. Performs other duties as assigned.
High school diploma/GED. Must be licensed for type of vehicle assigned.
Ability to lift 50 lbs. Ability to maneuver packages of any weight above 50 lbs. with appropriate equipment and/or assistance from another person. Good human relations and verbal communication skills. Neat appearance since customer contact is required. Must meet qualifications as outlined in section 391 of the Federal Motor Carrier safety regulations. Requires medical exam in accordance with FMCSA or FAA regulations. Non-covered safety-sensitive position. Medical exam required. Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner. Must be at least 21 years of age. Ability to read and speak the English language sufficiently to understand traffic signs, communicate with traffic safety officials and to respond to official inquiries and directions in accordance with FMCSA enforcement guidance.
Pay: $23.16 / hourly
Part-time, T-S 0700-1300. The desired location for this position would be [City/State]. Employees will be required to work at the FedEx location five days a week.
