Job summary

Federal Express Corporation is seeking a driver/operator to deliver and pick up packages with courtesy and efficiency. You will verify shipments, ensure compliance with FedEx service standards, and assist customers during interactions.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid license for the vehicle, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Work schedule is Monday through Friday, 2pm–9pm, with safety as a priority.

Minimum Education

High school diploma/GED. Must be licensed for type of vehicle assigned.

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

Ability to lift 50 lbs. Ability to maneuver packages of any weight above 50 lbs. with appropriate equipment and/or assistance from another person. Good human relations and verbal communication skills. Neat appearance since customer contact is required. Must meet qualifications as outlined in section 391 of the Federal Motor Carrier safety regulations. Requires medical exam in accordance with FMCSA or FAA regulations. Non-covered safety-sensitive position. Medical exam required. Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner. Must be at least 21 years of age. Ability to read and speak the English language sufficiently to understand traffic signs, communicate with traffic safety officials and to respond to official inquiries and directions in accordance with FMCSA enforcement guidance.

Pay Transparency

Pay: $22.10 per hour PLUS $2.00 per hour pay premium for all hours worked.
