Federal Express Corporation is seeking a driver/operator to deliver and pick up packages with courteous, efficient service. Responsibilities include checking shipments for FedEx service conformance and providing related customer support.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and a valid license for the vehicle type. The role requires physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and to work in a safety-conscious manner, with an evening schedule of 2pm-9pm on weekdays.

Minimum Education

High school diploma/GED. Must be licensed for type of vehicle assigned.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Ability to lift 50 lbs. Ability to maneuver packages of any weight above 50 lbs. with appropriate equipment and/or assistance from another person. Good human relations and verbal communication skills. Neat appearance since customer contact is required. Must meet qualifications as outlined in section 391 of the Federal Motor Carrier safety regulations. Requires medical exam in accordance with FMCSA or FAA regulations. Non-covered safety-sensitive position. Medical exam required. Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner. Must be at least 21 years of age. Ability to read and speak the English language sufficiently to understand traffic signs, communicate with traffic safety officials and to respond to official inquiries and directions in accordance with FMCSA enforcement guidance.

Pay Transparency

Pay: $22.10 per hour PLUS $2.00 per hour pay premium for all hours worked.

Additional Details: Monday - Friday 2pm-9pm
