Job summary

Federal Express Corporation is seeking a driver/operator to perform courteous and efficient delivery and pickup of packages using company vehicles. You will check shipments for conformance to FedEx service features and provide related customer service functions during routes.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, the ability to lift 50 lbs and handle heavier loads with assistance, being at least 21 years old, and a valid license for the vehicle assigned.

Qualifications

• Must have at least a High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and to maneuver packages over 50 lbs with equipment or assistance.
• Must be at least 21 years of age and able to read/speak English sufficiently for traffic signs and official directions.
• Must be licensed for the type of vehicle assigned.

Responsibilities

• Driver/operator of company vehicles delivering and picking up packages.
• Check shipments for conformance to FedEx service features and provide related customer service.
• Drive vehicles not regulated by FMCSA 391.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
