Job summary

Sonic Healthcare USA is hiring for a full-time Courier/Logistics role in Austin, TX. The position involves transporting reports, records, supplies, and medical specimens between the laboratory and healthcare provider locations, with a focus on safety and customer service.

The role operates on the 2nd shift and requires a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Training on PHI privacy is provided, with competitive benefits included.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with an excellent driving record for the past three years.
• Ability to operate a vehicle in all weather and traffic conditions and navigate routine hazards of the road.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under time constraints, without close supervision.
• Physical capability of light to medium lifting (up to 50lbs).
• Bonus points for 2+ years of experience operating conventional vehicles for business purposes.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
