Role Description

This full-time Courier role is an on-site position based in the Greater Seattle Area. The Courier is responsible for safely picking up, transporting, and delivering packages and documents within assigned routes and timeframes, following all company procedures and local regulations. Daily tasks include loading and unloading packages, verifying shipping information, obtaining delivery signatures, and maintaining accurate delivery records. The role involves interacting with customers in a professional and courteous manner, answering basic shipment inquiries, and escalating issues when needed. The Courier is also expected to perform routine vehicle inspections, report maintenance needs, and uphold all safety and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, respond to inquiries, and provide a positive delivery experience.
• Experience or familiarity with Logistics Management and Transportation, including route planning, handling packages, and following delivery procedures.
• Background in Training or willingness to participate in ongoing training programs to learn company policies, safety practices, and operational systems.
• Food & Beverage experience is a plus, particularly in fast-paced, customer-facing environments requiring time management and reliability.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and the ability to operate company vehicles safely.
• Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver packages of varying weights, and to work on feet for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and reliability in adhering to schedules and delivery commitments.
• High school diploma or equivalent; prior courier, delivery, or transportation experience is beneficial.
