This full-time Mental Health Therapist role is a hybrid position based in West Chester, PA, with a mix of in-office and work-from-home hours. The therapist will provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy, conduct comprehensive intake assessments, and develop collaborative treatment plans aligned with client goals. Daily responsibilities include maintaining a consistent caseload, delivering evidence-informed interventions, documenting sessions and progress notes in a timely manner, and coordinating care as needed with other healthcare and support providers. The role involves participating in clinical consultation, supervision, and team meetings, while upholding ethical standards, client confidentiality, and culturally responsive care. The therapist will contribute to a supportive, inclusive practice culture that centers relational work and client well-being.
