Job summary

Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, is seeking married couples to join as Full-time Flex Houseparents. You will reside in on-campus student homes, supervise and mentor 8–13 students, and help create a family-like environment that supports academic and personal growth.

The role starts with nine days on duty followed by three days off, with potential progression to a placed houseparent living with the same group.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship for a group of students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and ensure student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and participate in developmental and recreational activities.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
