Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, is hiring married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. Couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, supervision, and support for 8–13 students, creating a structured, family-like environment to foster academic, emotional, and social development.

Responsibilities include daily supervision, scheduling, medical administration, activities planning, and budgeting.

Qualifications

• Experience working with youth or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role for married couples.
• Both spouses aged 27 or older.
• HS diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to obtain driver certification for student vans.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Oversee budgeting and reporting for the home.
• Lead devotions and Sunday Chapel participation.
• Coordinate activities, transportation, and meals.
