Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, is hiring married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. Couples reside in on-campus student homes, provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for about 8–13 students, fostering a structured, family-like environment.

The role involves daily supervision, routines, devotions, transportation, budgeting, and reporting. Initial schedule is nine consecutive days on duty, followed by three days off, with progression to a placed houseparent living

Formación

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person couple role, married at least two years.
• Both spouses must be 27 or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship
• Managing household routines and student schedules
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness
• Driving students to activities and planning developmental/recreational activities
• Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting
