Job summary

Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, seeks married couples to join as Full-time Flex Houseparents. In this two-person role, you’ll reside in on-campus student homes, supervise a group of 8–13 students, and provide care, guidance, and mentorship to support academic, emotional, and social growth.

Houseparents follow a nine-on, three-off schedule with a transition to a placed home later, and you’ll receive comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, retirement options, relocation

Qualifications

• Experience with youth supervision or mentoring.
• Two-spouse couple required for this position.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older and legally married for at least two years.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans.
• Willingness to lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel activities.

Responsibilities

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship.
• Managing household routines and student schedules.
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness.
• Driving students to activities and planning developmental and recreational events.
• Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel.
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting.
