Job summary

Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA seeks Full-time Flex Houseparents (couples) to reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for about 8–13 students. The role emphasizes a structured, family-like environment to foster academic, emotional, and social development.

Two-person couples must be married at least two years, both at least 27, and able to lift up to 50 lbs. Responsibilities include supervision, activities planning, devotions, and budgeting.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth is required.
• Two-spouse role: couples married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and manage on-campus living responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and monitor student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and participate in developmental and recreational activities.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
