Job summary

Collaborative Health Center in Livonia, MI is seeking a Couples & Family Therapist (Independent Contractor) to join our support-rich team. You’ll see 15–25 clients weekly with flexible, hybrid scheduling and full admin support.

Ideal candidates are licensed in MI (LMSW, LPC, LLP, LP, or LMFT) and experienced with couples, family, or systems work, including CBT or evidence-based approaches. We value warmth, collaboration, and growth.

Qualifications

• Active Michigan license: LMSW, LPC, LLP, LP, or LMFT.
• Experience with couples, families, teens, and children encouraged.
• Strong relational therapy skills with CBT or evidence-based methods.

Responsibilities

• Provide couples and family therapy with CBT or evidence-based approaches.
• Maintain a sustainable caseload with support and peer consultation.

You’ll Stand Out If You Have:
