Job summary

Ellie Mental Health in Maryland is seeking an Outpatient Therapist to provide individual therapy and also work with couples and families, with a flexible remote arrangement combining in-person and Telehealth sessions. Ellie Mental Health was founded to destigmatize mental health and values authenticity, humor, compassion, creativity, acceptance, and determination.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a behavioral sciences field from an accredited program and on track to obtain licensure
• Clinical licensure (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT) required
• Experience completing DAs, treatment plans and clinical notes
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
• Ability to complete and submit documentation of services in a timely manner
• Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base
• Proficient in Office 365 and EHR systems (Valant experience a plus)
• Fully Licensed Clinicians will ideally be credentialed with insurance panels

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create and implement a treatment plan, complete ongoing documentation including diagnosis reviews and case notes
• Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team
• Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
• Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol
• For Full-Time status clinicians must maintain a caseload of a minimum of 25 client visits per week
• Part-Time will maintain minimum of 15 clients per week
• Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed
• Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings
• Other duties as meaningful and important to the role

Responsibilities Include
