Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA is hiring married couples as Full-time Flex Houseparents. Couples live in on-campus student homes, supervise 8–13 students, and support academic, emotional, and social development.

The role starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off; later transitions to a placed houseparent living with the same group. Benefits include housing, meals on duty, medical, dental, vision, retirement, relocation assistance, and paid training.

Qualifikationen

• Experience working or volunteering with youth
• Two-year marriage requirement for couples
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older
• No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
• Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
• Pet limitations: only fish and one dog of approved breeds allowed
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
• Comfort leading students in daily devotions and accompanying them to Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
• Demonstrated integrity and professionalism; staff serve as role models
