Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. You will reside in on-campus student homes, providing care and guidance for 8-13 students. This unique role fosters a structured, family-like environment for students’ development.

The position includes responsibilities such as mentoring students, managing household routines, and driving students to activities. Couples must be legally married for at least two years, aged 27+, and possess a valid U.S. driver’s license.

If selected, you’ll benefit from a salary of $46,917 per person, comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• This role requires couples married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship.
• Managing household routines and student schedules.
