• Combination of education and experience is acceptable.
• For CO-07, one year of graduate education or Superior Academic Achievement: GPA 3.0+ or top third in class or honors society.
• For CO-09, master's degree or two years of progressive graduate study or one year of specialized experience at CO-7/GS-7 level in federal service.
