Job summary

Qualifications

• Four years of education above high school in an accredited field (business, secretarial, technical, junior college, college or university).
• At least one year of general work experience supporting projects, programs, or assignments with knowledge of agricultural operations, management, government programs, or related office/customer service functions; ability to analyze, plan, organize, resolve conflicts, and communicate effectively.
• A combination of education and experience as described above.
• One full year of graduate education or Superior Academic Achievement: a bachelor's degree with GPA criteria, class standing, or honor society membership.
• Official transcript may be required later in the process.
• One-year specialized experience equivalent to CO-5/GS-5, applying analytical and evaluative techniques to agricultural program requirements.
• Master's degree or two years of graduate education or one-year specialized experience equivalent to CO-7/GS-7 for CO-9 level.
