Job summary

Qualifications

• Five (5) years experience in management and administration, including two (2) years supervisory experience or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Certified as a County Librarian by the State Library (ARS 11-908).
• Must possess and maintain a valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and coordinate the Library District activities to meet goals within time and budget constraints.
• Lead policy implementation, program direction, and resource management with accountability at the highest level.
• Supervise staff, schedule work, evaluate performance and handle grievances.
