The Arlington County Attorney's Office is seeking an Assistant County Attorney to join our team. The selected candidate will provide legal services across a wide variety of local government law areas and handle litigation with supervision in state and federal courts.

This role involves FOIA and subpoena work and other legal matters as assigned. This position may be filled at the Assistant County Attorney II or I level, depending on the candidate's qualifications.
