ICON is seeking a Country Lead Monitor to oversee day-to-day clinical trial management within a sponsor-dedicated model, supported by ICON’s global expertise.

You will manage cross-functional teams, ensure compliance with regulations, and collaborate with investigators to drive study deliverables. Willingness to travel ~25% is required, and you will contribute to high-quality outcomes across clinical programmes.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in medicine, science, or equivalent combination of education & experience.
• Demonstrated ability to drive the clinical deliverables of a study.
• Subject matter expertise in the designated therapeutic area.

• Manage day-to-day clinical trial management activities.
• Support your team to deliver quality outcomes.
• Plan and manage all aspects of clinical trials, ensuring timelines, budget, and quality.

• Ensure trials comply with local, national, and international regulations and ethical guidelines.
• Problem-solve and make critical decisions regarding trial design, vendor selection, and risk management.
