Job summary

Build AI in San Francisco (Financial District) and Shenzhen (Nanshan) seeks an autonomous founder-operator to own a region end-to-end, delivering high-quality physical labor data.

You will identify opportunities and regions for expansion, build local sales teams, run outreach campaigns, and establish partnerships with local enterprises and key stakeholders to drive rapid, reliable growth.

This is a fully in-person role with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits, located in SF and Shenzhen.

Responsibilities

• You will operate on-ground, developing, mastering, and scaling each part of the data collection system. You are not a paper-manager, overseeing operations. You are a founder-operator who owns the results of the entire region/country.
• You will identify opportunities and regions for expansion and execute the launch strategy independently. This includes building exceptional local sales teams (both door to door and cold calling), running meta ads or UGC, sending mass cold outbounds, and establishing partnerships with local businessmen, politicians, and enterprises.
• You will scale rapidly and reliably. You will build your team, setup the logistics and upload infrastructure, design the correct incentive structures to compress costs and increase predictability of data collection, resolve regulatory complications, and ensure timely delivery of high quality data.
• You will constantly question and innovate on every aspect of data scaling to accelerate the company!

About Build AI

Build AI is the data hyperscaler for Physical AI. We're vertically integrated across hardware, manufacturing, logistics, collection, and model training to scale the physical labor dataset orders of magnitude faster than anyone in the world.

Responsibilities

Build is launching a planet scale data collection effort to solve physical labour. We're excited to work with high agency, aggressive, and creative operators/founders in each country to launch operations, blitz scale, and ensure reliable delivery of high quality diverse data.

This is a highly autonomous role. You are expected to own the results of your region end to end.
