Qualifications

• Experience in countertop installation or related trades preferred.
• Must be able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
• Excellent attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist installers with countertop installation and learn proper techniques.
• Safely unload, transport, and position countertops with team help and lifting equipment.
• Take accurate measurements and follow project plans.
• Support installations while meeting company quality standards.
• Operate tools safely and follow safety procedures.
• Keep tools and work areas clean and organized for the next job.
• Treat customers and their property with care and professionalism.
• Safely operate company vehicles when qualified.

What Youll Do

• Work alongside experienced installers to learn proper countertop installation techniques.
• Help safely unload, transport, and position countertops using team assistance and lifting equipment.
• Learn to take accurate measurements and follow project plans.
• Assist with installations while developing the skills needed to meet company quality standards.
• Use tools and equipment safely and follow company safety procedures.
• Keep tools, work areas, and company vehicles clean, organized, and ready for the next job.
• Treat customers and their property with care and professionalism.
• Safely operate company vehicles when qualified and assigned.

What You Bring

• A strong work ethic, dependable attendance, and a willingness to learn
• Attention to detail and pride in doing quality work
• The ability to follow instructions, accept feedback, and work well with a team
• A commitment to safe work practices
• A valid drivers license and a clean driving record
• Eligibility to be insured under the companys vehicle insurance policy
• The ability to safely lift and move heavy materials weighing 100 pounds or more, with team assistance and lifting equipment as needed
• Professional, respectful communication with customers and coworkers
• The ability to pass a background check, DOT physical, and pre-employment drug screening

Have Experience in a Related Trade?

Experience in trim carpentry, finish carpentry, cabinetry, or other trades requiring precision and attention to detail can provide a strong foundation for countertop installation. Candidates with relevant experience and demonstrated skills may qualify for a higher starting rate.

Compensation Details

20-20 Hourly Wage
