Job summary

BTS Software Solutions in Reston, VA seeks a Counterterrorism Analyst (Mid) to support operations on site. The role requires deep expertise in all-source intelligence, CT networks, and coordination with collectors to address intelligence gaps.

Candidates should possess a TS/SCI w/ Poly and extensive experience in STR/TACT analyses, with a focus on facilitating DoD and IC planning, targeting, and threat assessments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of analysis experience in the relevant labor category, with recent work in the last 2 years.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field; additional 8 years of experience can substitute for degree.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and analysis to produce all-source intelligence products for senior U.S. defense and government officials.
• Produce in-depth strategic and operational analysis of transnational terrorist networks.
• Coordinate products within DIA and with IC partners, adhering to formatting and dissemination guidelines.
• Apply SIGINT, GEOINT, OSINT, and HUMINT data to identify terrorist networks and key actors.
• Support DoD field collectors and prepare integrated intelligence products for special operations.
