Job summary

ANALYTIC SERVICES, INC. (ANSER) in Arlington, VA seeks a Counterproliferation Special Projects Senior Analyst to support the Office of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of War for Nuclear Matters.

This full-time onsite role requires coordinating across DoW components and managing CPSP investments. The position demands an active TS/SCI clearance, 13+ years in counterproliferation/nonproliferation, PPBE experience, and the ability to travel up to 20% to CONUS/OCONUS sites.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree in National Security, International Studies, Legislation, Nuclear Studies, Government, Political Science, or related field; Master’s degree is equivalent to 3 years of experience.
• 13+ years of experience within counterproliferation and/or non-proliferation.
• Experience briefing senior DoW leaders and working in a staff environment.
• Experience with DoW’s PPBE processes and knowledge of acquisition policies, procedures, and processes.
• Ability to travel to CONUS/OCONUS stakeholder sites (<20%).

Responsibilities

• Conduct program reviews of CPSP-funded programs, projects and activities.
• Work within PPBE resource allocation to ensure CPSP investments meet objectives and coordinate with DoW and USG organizations.
• Identify options, acquisition strategies and information systems for CPSP oversight and resource management.
• Integrate functions to manage a portfolio of investments including resource management and oversight.
• Interface with project managers and technical SME from DoW and USG funded by CPSP.
• Provide interagency coordination and interact with interagency working groups and bodies.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, attend meetings and draft/review required documents.
• Provide direction to project team to meet timelines and goals.
• Interface with the CPSP Director daily for direct customer support.
