Job summary

EverWatch seeks a Counterintelligence Specialist in Maryland to support expert CI activities, including incident response, risk assessments, and leadership briefings. Qualifications

  • Experience supporting offensive operations by identifying, tracking, coordinating, and preparing materials with SMEs
  • Experience preparing executive-level review packages and briefing materials
  • Experience conducting analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies across complex data sets
  • Experience developing and supporting counterintelligence (CI) risk assessments and providing recommendations to inform decisions
  • Experience identifying threats and recommending mitigation measures
  • Knowledge of advanced counterintelligence concepts, principles, techniques, and operational capabilities
  • Ability to analyze complex information, communicate findings, and keep leadership informed of CI activities and products
  • Ability to maintain eligibility for Special Access Programs (SAPs) and/or ACCMs
  • TS/SCI with a polygraph
  • BS degree and 10+ years of related experience
  • Advanced Counterintelligence certification with demonstrated advanced CI training and expertise

Responsibilities

As a Counterintelligence (CI) Specialist, you will use your specialized functional experience and your attention to detail to respond to reported incidents, conduct briefings and debriefings, and develop due diligence and risk assessments to give leadership the actionable intelligence and context they need. If you have strong research and analytical skills and a detail-oriented problem-solving mindset, we have an opportunity to use those skills to support Booz Allen’s corporate risk mitigation decisions.

As a CI Specialist on our team, you’ll serve as a subject matter expert, performing defensive CI tasks with a focus on corporate risk mitigation to help leadership understand threats and vulnerabilities. Using your comprehensive understanding of CI, you will research and analyze disparate data sources to determine context, identify risks, and author reports for program and leadership consumption. You will conduct security briefings and debriefings, including those involving international travelers, to assess risk and promote general CI awareness and education. You will also conduct incident response with a customer-service mindset, working in a fast-paced environment with little supervision while maintaining attention to a high-level of detail to ensure transparent communication and task completion. As the authority on CI, your leadership will look to you for time critical recommendations, often under pressure. Qualifications

You Have:

  • Experience supporting offensive operations by identifying, tracking, coordinating, and preparing materials with subject matter experts (SMEs)
  • Experience preparing executive-level review packages and briefing materials
  • Experience conducting analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies across complex data sets
  • Experience developing and supporting counterintelligence (CI) risk assessments and providing recommendations to inform decisions
  • Experience identifying threats and recommending mitigation measures
  • Knowledge of advanced counterintelligence concepts, principles, techniques, and operational capabilities
  • Ability to analyze complex information, communicate findings, and keep leadership informed of CI activities and products
  • Ability to maintain eligibility for Special Access Programs (SAPs) and/or Alternative Compensatory Control Measures (ACCMs)
  • TS/SCI with a polygraph
  • BS degree and 10+ years of related experience
  • Advanced Counterintelligence certification with demonstrated advanced CI training and expertise

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience collaborating with internal and external partners to develop a common operating picture of CI activities.
  • Experience supporting counterintelligence operations or serving as a Counterintelligence Desk Officer.
  • Experience supporting CI risk assessments, supply chain risk assessments, or Research, Development, and Acquisition (RDA) programs.
  • Experience serving in a CI agent support role in collection, functional services, investigations, or operations.
  • Experience supporting counterintelligence efforts to counter espionage, international terrorism, or insider threats.
  • Experience supporting force protection initiatives.
  • Experience supporting the Defense Critical Infrastructure Program.
  • Experience supporting Research, Development, and Acquisition (RDA) counterintelligence missions.
  • Experience supporting two or more core counterintelligence mission areas.
  • Ability to integrate CI support across multiple mission sets and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of Department of Defense counterintelligence missions, operations, and risk management practices.

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph is required.

Compensation at EverWatch is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $46.34 to $86.05 per hour. The estimate displayed represents the typical compensation range for this position and is just one component of EverWatch’s total compensation package for employees.
