Job summary

Arlosolutionsllc is seeking a Counterintelligence Analyst to support NOAA Research Security Program, based in Silver Spring, MD. This hybrid position requires expertise in counterintelligence methodologies to protect NOAA’s critical technologies. Responsibilities include conducting threat assessments, analyzing intelligence reports, and contributing to research security practices.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least five years of counterintelligence experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in counterintelligence, preferably in a government or research environment.
• In-depth knowledge of NSPM-33 requirements and research security frameworks.
• Experience with export control regulations (ITAR, EAR) and technology control procedures.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of foreign influence risks in NOAA research programs.
• Analyze intelligence reports and open-source information for potential threats.
• Support development of disclosure requirements standards and consequences for violations.
