Job summary

Parsons is seeking a highly skilled Polygraph Examiner to conduct CSP, ESP, and SIP examinations per NCCA standards. The role requires an active Top Secret/SCI clearance, a CI poly, and a Bachelor’s degree with 11 years’ examiner experience.

You will document results, maintain records in the official system, and comply with QC guidance while scheduling up to two sessions per day and pursuing ongoing education to sustain certification.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance or ability to obtain
• CI Polygraph certification and maintenance
• Bachelor's degree with 11+ years of polygraph examiner experience
• Experience with a variety of NCCA-approved polygraph formats
• Ability to develop and draft NCCA-compliant questions
• Strong interviewing skills for detailed subject interviews
• Ability to collect and interpret physiological data
• Experience documenting definitive examination outcomes
• Experience preparing clear, fact-based reports

Responsibilities

• Conduct CSP, ESP, and SIP polygraph examinations per NCCA standards
• Adhere to QC guidance and report concerns
• Document examination results and admissions accurately
• Manage up to two sessions per workday and backfill cancellations
• Maintain current NCCA Federal Polygraph Certification
• Complete 40 hours of annual continuing education
