Amentum is seeking Counterintelligence (CI) Officers to support our Client in the Northern Virginia area. The role requires a bachelor’s degree with 12–20+ years of relevant experience and a high-level US Government clearance.

Expertise in vulnerability analysis, CI risk assessment, and leveraging all-source intelligence capabilities is essential. Candidates should be skilled at delivering concise briefings and have knowledge of cyber/technical, information operations, and HUMINT aspects of

• Understanding of offensive and defensive counter-intelligence methods.
• Familiarity with CI risk analysis including insider threat detection.
• Knowledge of intelligence operations fundamentals including risk assessment.
• Must hold a high-level US Government clearance at time of application.

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 12-20+ years of relevant professional experience; candidates with a Master’s degree are highly desirable.
• Experience conducting vulnerability analysis or surveys
• Ability to confidently deliver clear and concise briefings
• Strong knowledge of foreign adversaries’ intelligence capabilities including cyber/technical, information operations, and HUMINT
• Understanding of offensive and defensive counter-intelligence methods
• Familiarity with the concepts involved in CI risk analysis including insider threat detection
• Knowledge of and experience in the fundamentals of intelligence operations to include risk assessment
• Must possess a high level US Government issued clearance at the time of application

Desired qualifications:

• Experience in Intelligence Operations / Analysis / Support to Field Operations
• Experience identifying targeting leads through the exploitation of all-source databases to craft targeting packages
• Experience using customer databases to monitor field traffic and communicate with field offices
• Formal CI training and/or certifications
• Overseas experience supporting collection operations and information sharing
• Foreign languages skills

Compensation Details:

150,000-215,000
