Job summary

Torrey Holistics in Perris, CA is seeking a Counterbalance Lift Truck Operator to move, stage, and stack materials safely using a sit-down forklift. You will load/unload trailers, verify counts, and maintain inventory accuracy throughout shifts.

You will perform routine inspections, keep areas clean and compliant with safety standards, and document product movement to support production goals. Overtime may be required to meet daily targets.

Qualifications

• Current forklift certification with hands-on experience on sit-down forklifts.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Sharp attention to detail and a safety-first mindset.
• Ability to lift heavy items and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Warehouse or manufacturing background is a plus.
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
