MFA Incorporated is seeking a customer-focused associate for our Agri-Service retail location in Missouri. You will deliver exceptional service and promote product sales while handling daily paperwork, record keeping, and computer entry in line with company policy.

We support growth through cross-training across Agri-Service areas, helping you develop new skills for broader responsibilities and career advancement within MFA.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service is helpful.
• Experience with office tasks and bookkeeping is helpful.
• Agricultural background is helpful.
• Ability to lift 25–50 pounds and be able to maneuver product/equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service while promoting product sales at the Agri-Service retail location.
• Handle daily paperwork, record keeping, and computer entry following company policy.
• Participate in cross-training and growth opportunities within Agri-Service areas.
