Job summary

Style Crest is seeking a Counter Sales & Warehouse Associate in Vidor, TX. You will support both sales counter and warehouse operations, assist customers with product selections, and handle shipping/receiving tasks.

The role emphasizes teamwork, accuracy, and exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. The position requires lifting up to 100 lbs, forklift/pallet jack know-how, and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook and ERP systems like Epicor).
• High school diploma or its equivalent.
• Prior sales or customer service experience.
• Professional telephone and email skills/communication.
• Must be able to lift, push, pull and move up to 100 lbs.
• Obtain and maintain power equipment certifications (forklift, pallet jack, side loader, etc).

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service for delivery/will call orders, quotes, and product solutions.
• Pull orders for will calls and assist with loading.
• Load/unload products safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and related tools.
• Verify inbound/outbound POs and transfers; receive products into inventory.
• Order product from local suppliers.
• Assist in cycle counts and inventory management.
• Collaborate with Territory Sales Managers and other departments.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Perform other duties to support the team.
• Able to drive company vehicle for vendor pickup and deliveries.
