Job summary

City Electric Supply (CES) is seeking a Counter Sales/Warehouse team member to be a key face-to-face contact for customers, generating sales while delivering courteous service and handling inquiries. You will receive material, maintain showroom/warehouse organization, and prepare and ship orders.

Responsibilities include supporting other CES branches to ensure consistent service across the network. This role emphasizes customer-focused service and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Qualifications

• One year of work experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills required.
• Ability to work across showroom and warehouse operations.
• Team-oriented with a proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders on the trade counter or by phone.
• Receive and handle warehouse material.
• Develop and maintain customer and vendor relationships.
• Assist with customer deliveries as needed.
