Job summary

NAPA Auto Parts - Dyna Parts LLC in Idaho is seeking a Counter Sales Associate to serve retail and wholesale customers. You will identify customer needs, help locate parts, and provide a positive shopping experience.

You will greet customers, secure the correct parts, maintain store displays, assist with stocking, and support overall store operations. Prior retail sales or POS experience is preferred, along with a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License may be preferred.
• Previous retail sales experience preferred.
• GED preferred.
• Capable of operating POS system and cataloging.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy; able to multi-task and stay self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Build good relationships with NAPA customers.
• Greet customers and demonstrate ability to quickly understand needs.
• Secure correct parts and resolve issues for customers.
• Maintain appearance of store and displays.
• Assist in receiving/stocking incoming merchandise.
