Qualifications

• Answering and making phone calls, assisting walk-in customers, and quoting inquiries from email/phone.
• Experience in a machine shop or metal distribution preferred.
• Light machine operation experience preferred.
• Excellent attendance and safe work habits.
• Computer and keyboard skills with accurate order fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Answer and make phone calls, assist walk-in customers, and provide quotes from email/phone inquiries.
• Our material handlers fill and prepare material orders for shipment, including operation of forklifts and metal saws.
• Contribute to our customer service mission in a safe and efficient manner.
