Qualifications

• Demonstrated success providing excellent customer service.
• Experience with sales order computer software, preferably Oracle.
• Knowledge of construction and industrial products.
• Spanish language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to walk-in, phone, and will-call customers.
• Process orders, quotes, enter orders into the system, and provide order information; pull orders as required.
• Communicate product features, benefits, and warranty information to customers.
• Demonstrate knowledge of products and their applications; provide technical advice and troubleshoot.
• Upsell by identifying related products and informing customers of promotions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
