Job summary

White Cap Supply Holdings, LLC. is seeking a Counter Sales Associate to serve walk-in, phone, and will call customers at our Minnesota site. You will process orders, quote prices, and provide order information while offering technical product advice and upselling where appropriate.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, knowledge of construction products, and accurate order management in a fast-paced, on-site environment. Fluency in Spanish is a plus for diverse customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates exceptional customer service.
• Experience with sales order software, preferably Oracle.
• Knowledge of construction and industrial products.
• Spanish language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates exceptional customer service to walk-in, phone, and will call customers.
• Processes orders, quotes prices, enters orders into the system and provides order information.
• Communicates product features, benefits, and warranty policy information.
• Demonstrates knowledge of products and their applications (provides technical advice, troubleshoots, and helps resolve customers’ problems).
• Upsells by identifying related products, add-on extensions, and informing customers of product promotions.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

$19.40-$25.80 Hourly
