White Cap is hiring immediately for a Counter Sales Associate in Ohio. You will serve walk-in, phone, and will-call customers, process orders, quote prices, and provide product information and warranty details. You will apply knowledge of construction products to advise customers and upsell related items.

The role is on-site in Ohio with a comprehensive benefits package and a stable, growing company. Typical hours are Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, with a pay range of $18.60–$25.00 per hour.

Formación

• Experience with sales order software, preferably Oracle.
• Strong email communication skills.
• Knowledge of construction and industrial products.
• Spanish language proficiency.
• Demonstrated history of customer service excellence.

Responsabilidades

• Demonstrates exceptional customer service to walk-in, phone, and will call customers.
• Processes orders, quotes prices, enters orders into the system and provides order information to customers; pulls orders as required.
• Communicates product features, benefits, and warranty policy information to customers.
• Demonstrates knowledge of products and their applications; provides technical advice and troubleshoots.
• Upsells by identifying related products, add-ons, and informing customers of promotions.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

A Counter Sales Associate at White Cap…

• Demonstrates exceptional customer service to our walk-in, phone, and will call customers.

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to work Monday - Friday from 7 AM - 3:30 PM

• Demonstrated success providing excellent customer service.

• Experience with sales order computer software, preferably Oracle.

• Strong email communication skills.

• Previous invoicing experience preferred

• Knowledge of construction and industrial products.

• Spanish language proficiency.
