Job summary

Jaggers, part of the Texas Roadhouse brand family, is seeking a friendly Cashier/Drive-Thru to greet guests and deliver fast, accurate service in our St. Matthews, KY location.

Responsibilities include cash handling, using the POS system, promoting menu items with salesmanship, and maintaining safety and sanitation standards while delivering fresh food with a smile. As a Cashier/Drive-Thru your responsibilities would include:

• Wowing guests with exceptional service
• Suggesting specific food and drink items using great salesmanship
• Recognizing first time guests and sharing the Jaggers Story
• Using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system effectively
• Understanding and following proper safety and sanitation practices
• Delivering fresh food and items with a smile
• Performing cash handling and checkout procedures correctly
• Performing all assigned side work
