Job summary

Pizza Ranch, Inc. is seeking enthusiastic Crew Members to support front- and back-of-house operations at our Wichita-area locations. You will help guests with hospitality, operate the POS system, keep dining areas clean, and assist in buffet coordination as needed.

No experience is required, but a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn team duties are valued. This role offers a friendly work environment and opportunities to grow within a fast-casual brand.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for long periods and move around the dining area.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds.
• Provide legendary guest service with a positive attitude.
• Able to interact well with team members and guests.
• Restaurant experience is preferred but not required.
• Mobility and stamina to perform Front of House duties.

Responsibilities

• Front of House duties include guest hospitality, dining room maintenance, POS transactions, and phone duties.
• Back of House duties cover kitchen support and teamwork to ensure smooth service.

Responsibilities

All our Crew Members are vital to the successful operation of our restaurants. There are two ways to become a Pizza Ranch Crew Member. You can apply for either a Front of the House (Dining Room), or Back of the House (Kitchen). The responsibilities below will give you a general idea of the types of activities involved in both of these departments.

Front of House Support Duties

Guest Hospitality, Safety, Buffet Coordination and Maintenance, Point of Sale, Dining Room Cleanliness, Guest Relations & Transactions, Phone Responsibilities.

Qualifications, Skills, and/or Competencies

• Ability to be mobile and/or on your feet for extended periods of time during entire shift.
• Reaching, bending, stooping, lifting, wiping, sweeping, and mopping.
• Ability to lift and carry weight up to 40 pounds.
• Strong desire and ability to provide legendary guest service.
• Ability to positively interact with Team Members and Guests.
• Restaurant experience preferred but not required
