Job summary

Mohegan Sun is seeking a Count Room Clerk to participate in day-to-day count room activities, including preparing TITO stock, handling currency, and verifying funds on the casino floor. You will count, record, and load cash box contents into the BPS machine, ensuring accuracy and security across shifts.

Responsibilities include operating the BPS system daily, moving currency acceptor boxes, and supporting NRT unit reconciliation, with physical demands such as lifting up to 30 lbs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic math skills and keyboard/keypad data entry.
• Ability to read, write and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Inspects and prepares TITO paper stock for replacement on the casino floor.
• Assists in movement and verification of funds and detection of counterfeit currency.
• Counts and records contents of the table drop and currency acceptor cash boxes.
• Loads contents from the table games and currency acceptor boxes into the BPS machine.
• Operates the BPS machine on a daily basis.
• Assists in replenishment and reconciliation of NRT Units.
• Operates tow motor and scanner gun as part of secondary duties.
• Complies with casino regulations and internal accounting controls.
